We reserve the right to refuse a booking from any person who has, at any time, been in breach of Waimeha Camping Village Terms & Conditions of Stay.

Check-in and Check-out times
Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be possible with prior arrangement.
If you are arriving later than 10.00pm, we ask that you contact our reception staff during office hours to make alternative check-in arrangements.

Full payment will be taken from your credit card to secure your booking.
Our cancellation terms are not negotiable and we recommend guests have travel insurance.Please note that third party websites have different terms and conditions and all cancellation requests must be made directly with the agent you booked with. For best rates and terms, we always recommend you book directly with us.
No refunds will be given to guests checking out of the Camping Village early, including weather disruptions.
Cancellations due to exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration.
Cancellations of any booking up to 14 days will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Changes or cancellations must be made directly to email@example.com or by phoning (06) 307 8992.
Any amendments to bookings can only be made within 14 days prior to arrival. Changes within 14 days are not permitted and will be treated as a cancellation
Amendments which result in a reduction in the total booking value will be treated as cancellations.
Minimum stay periods may apply to weekends, public holidays and peak season. Management reserves the right to alter tariffs without notice. Tariffs may change depending on availability.
If child rates are offered, our “child” prices apply for children aged 5 to 14 years inclusive.
Under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children under 5 years old stay free.
Must have an electrical warrant of fitness and comply with LPG Standard (AS/NZS3100). All campervans and caravans must have their own wastewater container. Chemical toilets must be emptied in dump stations only (ask at reception and we can advise of the nearest station). Management reserves the right to disconnect any campervan/caravan that does not have a current electrical warrant of fitness.
We do not permit pets from Labour Weekend to Easter. Outside this time pets are only permitted by prior arrangement, but never for cabins or near guest facilities – no exceptions.
We ask that all guests to behave in a considerate manner, please note:
Alcohol may only be consumed on sites booked to guests. Excessive drinking and parties are not permitted. No noise between 10pm and 7am and no loud music at any time. Waimeha Camping Village reserves the right to refuse entry and/or request termination of booking without refund regarding disorderly conduct.
